On the afternoon of this Tuesday, April 25, the Section for Crimes against the Public Administration of the Panama Oeste Prosecutor’s Office achieved the provisional arrest of the urban genre singer, known as Apache Ness for the crime of embezzlement, this fact is related to Operation Babylon where people linked to the crime of selling vehicles and office goods donated by different state institutions to non-profit organizations were apprehended.
According to the Section for Crimes against the Public Administration, there are 13 investigations, in which these people requested donations of vehicles and office goods to various State entities, which were subsequently transferred or sold to third parties through the falsification of documents. , obtaining a profit from said assets.
Several people were detained in this operation, among them an evangelical pastor. In addition, several vehicles were recovered that were in different workshops that were raided during this operation.
