Iguala, Gro., Dozens of members of the Federation of Socialist Peasant Students of Mexico launched 22 firecrackers at the facilities of the 27th Infantry Battalion in Iguala, to demand that the institution’s archives be opened, and to achieve the presentation alive of the 43 disappeared students of the Normal of Ayotzinapa. In addition, during this fifth day of protests they recalled the events of June 10, 1971; They destroyed the Banjército ATM with firecrackers and stones, while the parents of the 43 demolished a wall placed at the entrance of the battalion. Before noon, the rally began outside the battalion’s facilities, currently known as Military Camp 35-C.
