The Dominican Association of Prosecutors (Fiscaldom) and the Dominican Association of Career Prosecutors (Adofic) reported today that although they welcome the announcement by the Executive Branch that the constitutional reform will not establish the elimination of the Superior Council of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, they will remain attentive to the proposal process regarding any restructuring of the Public Prosecutor’s Office that influences the work of all Dominican prosecutors.
“Likewise, we remain firm in the face of the challenges we face as a group, such as providing decent health insurance for our members, creating and implementing the Retirement and Pension Plan, and better working conditions,” Fiscaldom and Adofic stated.
