Prosecutor’s Office wide accusation against Sosa and requests his detention in jail for the ‘Prestín’ case

The Prosecutor’s Office formally presented the expansion of the accusation for the case called ‘Prestín’ against the former mayor of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Angélica Sosa, and asks justice to grant him 120 days of detention remand in the Palmasola prison, where She has already been detained since December 24, 2021.

This accusation was made by the commission of prosecutors investigating the case, made up of Marcela Terceros, Yolanda Aguilera and Iván Quintanilla and recently handed over to the Third Anti-Corruption Court. However, the investigation against Sosa for the ‘prestín’ case has already it had started in August 2022.
