This Thursday, two police officers attacked two motorcyclists with several punches and kicks in the Jardines del Hipódromo area, as can be seen in a video shared by journalist Gabriel Pereyra. The 2nd Shift Flagrancia prosecutor, Patricia Rodríguez, took the case and summoned the police and those attacked to testify this Fridayas confirmed to The Observer.

The video shows that the policemen and the motorcyclists were arguing over a fine, because according to one of the drivers it was misplaced.
After a few seconds of discussion, one of the policemen began to hit one of the motorcyclists, first with a punch, and then with a kick that knocked him to the ground several meters behind the first hit. In the middle he also tried to hit the second driver twice, who was recording the events.
Then, the man was handcuffed on his knees on the ground, while he was rebuked by the guard. The other motorcyclist was handcuffed by the other police officer without resisting, and the cell phone that was recording the scene was taken by another person who accompanied the drivers, who criticized the actions of the uniformed men before finishing the video.
