The figure shuds: 24 congressmen denounced in a single fiscal document.
The head of the Public Ministry, Delia Espinoza, has put Parliament again.
Through the area specialized in illicit enrichment and constitutional complaints, he filed a constitutional complaint with the Congress of the Republic, accusing the existence of a criminal organization that was headed by former president Pedro Castillo Terrones.
The list appears the names of two congressmen who postulate this Saturday to the vice presidency of the Board of Directors: Ilich López and Carlos Zeballos.
The mechanics? Congressional votes in exchange for works, contracts and power.
The epicenter? The State and Congress.

The complaint includes crimes of criminal organization, influence peddling and aggravated collusion. But the ex -president did not act alone. The Public Ministry has identified 24 congressmen, distributed when at the time they integrated popular action and the environment of Peru Libre. Today, they have passed to other parliamentary groups.
The former president Pedro Castillo is another of the constitutionally denounced by the prosecutor of the Nation.
The 24 congressmen denounced
Popular Action appears 15 congressmen – many of them now in other parliamentary groups – including those known as “Los Niños”: Darwin Espinoza, Jorge Flores, Raúl Doroteo, Elvis Vergara, Juan Carlos Mori, Ilich López, Wilson Soto, Silvia Monteza, José Arriola, Pedro Martínez, Luis Aragón, Hilda goalkeeper, Carlos Zeballos, Karol Paredes and Carlos Alva.
Everyone is charged with the crime of criminal organization. To several, in addition, they are added influences and improper passive bribery.
The magisterial block also appears on the list. All of them arrived with Peru Libre, some went to the dissolved bench of the teachers. The complaint reaches: Germán Tacuri, Passion Dávila, Francis Paredes, Óscar Zea, Katy Ugarte, Paul Gutiérrez, Second Quiroz and Nivardo Tello.
In the case of Américo Gonza, he continues in Peru Libre.
The legislators denounced, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, would have integrated the network led by Castillo to ensure support in Congress in exchange for state favors.
Most parliamentarians are also now in other groups.
Network ministers
The accusation also involves former administration of Pedro Castillo’s management:
-Juan Silva (Transport and Communications), by criminal organization, influences and aggravated collusion.
-Jorge Luis Prado (production), by criminal organization and incompatible negotiation.
-Betssy Chávez (work), by incompatible negotiation.
The structure of parallel power
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, Pedro Castillo directed this organization from Palacio, negotiating congressional votes to sustain themselves politically. In return, contracts, positions and tenders were offered from the Ministries of Transportation, Housing, Production and Organizations such as Migrations, the National Police and ENAPU.
It was not politics. These were exchanges, according to the complaint.
The next step
Now, Congress must decide whether this complaint admits and allows its procedure. But there is a latent irony: several of the aforementioned congressmen should vote if they investigate … themselves.
And two of them will apply this Saturday to the Vice Presidency of the Board of Directors of the Congress.
Ilich López, who is still in Popular Action, will do so to the third vice presidency with the official list of the democratic block.
For his part, Carlos Zeballos, now in the leftist Popular Democratic Block Group, will do so in the opposition list of José Cueto for the First Vice Presidency.
In Congress, fiscal complaints do not always fall for lack of evidence, but for lack of votes. Will this other case be?
I knew that
-He t -shirts. Zeballos is now in the popular democratic block, and entered with popular action; Flores Ancachi and Quiroz, in APP; Espinoza in Podemos; Tacuri, Gutiérrez and Ugarte, in JP; And Martínez is not grouped.
