Prosecutor: transvestite accused of killing military boyfriend would not have acted alone

The case of the transvestite Victor Javier Veloso (26) who allegedly killed his military partner Waldino Aguayo Rojas (31) continues to generate new elements, which are added to the investigation.

Now the prosecutor Lucrecio Cabrera speaks of the presumption that the alleged murderer, in the eyes of the Public Ministry, would not have acted alone to perpetrate the murder.

“It is not ruled out that there is another male, it was the birthday (of the military) they would be among three who would have given something to drink (to the victim). We handled the hypothesis of a third person,” said prosecutor Cabrera to C9N.

He stressed that they are reviewing two cameras that are in the area, which could provide data about the possible third person.

Cabrera explained that after a last raid carried out at the crime house, they found a knife inside a sofa, which may be the murder weapon.

He said that the fact that the knife is very well hidden inside the piece of furniture in question reveals that the homicide was committed with it.

Veloso’s alibi given to the police indicates that he was with his partner Waldino sleeping, when at one point noises were heard and Waldino got up to see what it was, and it was there that two men stabbed him and took 19 million of guaraníes that he had.

The prosecutor stated that it is hardly credible that a person like Waldino, a soldier from an elite group, has not presented a fight against his attackers. His body, he noted, did not show any signs of confrontation.
