Through a video broadcast on social networks, an older adult can be seen telling a group of young people who are throwing water that he does not want to participate in the carnival “game.”
However, the participants ignore the man’s warnings and aggressively wet him with water pipes and mock him.
Through the Instagram social network account, this Sunday the opening of the investigation was announced with the purpose of applying the corresponding sanctions.
