Prosecutor: Argentine Gendarme is prosecuted for terrorist actions

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported this Friday that the Argentine gendarme Nahuel Agustín Gallo is being prosecuted for links to terrorist actions in Venezuela.

Through a statement published on the Instagram account of the Public Ministry, the prosecutor indicated that “having complied with the corresponding procedural deadlines as provided for in the Organic Code of Criminal Procedure, Nahuel Agustín Gallo has been detained for having attempted to enter the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela irregularly. hiding his true criminal plan under the guise of a sentimental visit.”

Likewise, the text indicates that Nahuel Agustín Gallo is being investigated “for his links to a group of people who attempted from our territory and with the support of international far-right groups to carry out a series of destabilizing and terrorist actions.”

He also states that “the statements and actions carried out by the Argentine Government “make clear the complicity of the authorities of that nation in the subversive plans that seek to attack the Venezuelan State and its legitimate institutions by any means.”
