The Public Ministry appointed a prosecutor to investigate an act of bullying and school abuse that occurred in La Guaira, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported on Tuesday.
“Seventh Prosecutor appointed with competence in the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System: to investigate and punish bullying and school abuse that occurred in La Guaira. Justice,” Saab wrote on Twitter.
In the video published by Saab, a young man is seen being beaten several times by another, who incites him to fight.
Last week the Prosecutor announced the investigation of two acts of harassment and mistreatment that occurred in a school in Caracas and another in the state of Zulia.
