The departmental prosecutor of La Paz, William Alave, detailed this Tuesday that the serial rapist Richard Choque Flores incriminated himself for the murders of the two young women Iris and Lucy, however, he affirmed that these types of murders cannot be committed individually and that the co-participation of other persons is presumed.
