The Attorney General of the Republic Tarek William Saab reported through the Instagram social network that the Public Ministry returned to its owner a property which was invaded for more than 10 years.
The request was made by the elderly Flavio Rumbos, who, through making the request before the competent entity of the Caracas Metropolitan Area, achieved the restitution of his apartment which was illegally occupied by the citizen Yanina Luna.
After the immediate achievement of property restitution, Rumbos thanked the management made by the Public Ministry.
It should be noted that the Public Ministry has achieved justice in similar cases, which were mostly denounced through the street days made by the institution in different places of the national territory.
