All three companies are part of the Grupo Álamo that is dedicated to the manufacture, import, export and commercialization of school supplies, office, stationery in general, pool toys and bazaar. This business group has 60 years of experience in the paper industry and is also made up of other companies such as: Aprint, Papel & Cía (Hema SA) and BR Champion.
As regards the bonds, they have a term of 3.5 years with a coupon rate of 13.5% for Álamo SA with quarterly payments, 13% for Nova SRL with monthly payments and 13% for Impar papers with bimonthly payments. The 3 companies have a BBB+ risk rating granted by the Fix SCR SA rating agency. The minimum investment is Gs 3,000,000, which makes the bonds accessible to more people who want to start investing in new projects.
These bonds will be issued on March 10 and the funds obtained will be allocated to operating capital for expansion projects and restructuring of liabilities.
