As regards the bonds, they have a term of 3.5 years with a coupon rate of 13.5% for Álamo SA with quarterly payments, 13% for Nova SRL with monthly payments and 13% for Impar papers with bimonthly payments. The 3 companies have a BBB+ risk rating granted by the Fix SCR SA rating agency. The minimum investment is Gs 3,000,000, which makes the bonds accessible to more people who want to start investing in new projects.
These bonds will be issued on March 10 and the funds obtained will be allocated to operating capital for expansion projects and restructuring of liabilities.
