Through resolution number 318, the Civil Aeronautics Authority reported that during the national holidays and the month of November 2022, the operation of remotely piloted aircraft systems or drones will be prohibited throughout the country, this in places where carry out exhibitions of musical bands, educational centers, independent bands and acts in honor of the country.
Through a statement, the use of drones in crowds of people during these festivities is also restricted.
The authorities indicated that those who violate the restriction of the resolution will have the drone seized, preventively, to prevent the operation of its flight from causing and endangering the population.
Civil Aeronautics explained that the Security Estates, the drones operated by the State Strategic Communication Secretariat and those operated by the media, duly authorized by the entity, are exempt from this measure.
To receive this authorization, the media must have operating permits in order and civil liability insurance for damages to third parties.
