“None of the candidates who signed this statement had their signatures canceled in the purging process in which the Electoral Tribunal canceled 1,019 signatures from 53 candidates,” the movement said in a statement.
They stated that the measures taken by the magistrates of the Electoral Tribunal should have been directed towards those 53 pre-candidates who incurred in irregularities and not towards all the pre-candidates of Free Application.

Also, they warn that this measure of suspension of the use of the application to search for support signatures is aimed at favoring some candidates.
They call on the magistrates of the Electoral Court “to correct the unwise decisions they have made and apply strong sanctions to the candidates who have incurred in fraudulent actions with the use of the application that do not affect the vast majority of candidates who have acted with rectitude in this process of collecting signatures, mainly in the use of the application».
