Under the technical and productive support of the Technological Institute of Production (ITP) of Ministry of Production (Produce)entrepreneurs and coffee growers in the country, will exhibit the best of production during a new edition of FICAFÉ 2022 to be held in the Ayacucho region.
The most important coffee fair in Peru, becomes an international showcase to market value-added products such as: dehydrated coffee pulp, coffee shell cookies enriched with ginger, panettone with coffee pulp flour, coffee cocktail, roasted coffee, cherry coffee, among others.

The products that will be exhibited and tasted during FICAFÉ, which will take place from October 28 to 31 at the Mariscal Cáceres school, have been produced under the professional assistance of CITEagroindustrial Oxapampa, CITEagroindustrial Vraem and CITEagroindustrial Huallaga.
For four (4) days those present at FICAFÉ will also be able to see prototypes of: biscuit with coffee and candied coconut, green coffee biscuit with dehydrated mango, as well as a fruit infusion of coffee peel with mango.

Through specialized services in the coffee line, the ITP provides support to producers in training for coffee cupping, laboratory use for sensory analysis of coffee, technical assistance in fermentation, drying, threshing, roasting and grinding.
Advice and implementation for a safety system, HACCP, Hygiene Plan in the coffee, cocoa and fruit chains.
