The Attorney General’s Office announced a preventive intervention on Route 45a, in order to mitigate the risks of accident and the deterioration in the road operation that occurs in this corridor. The measure seeks to guarantee the safety of users and the protection of communities settled in the area.
Within the framework of this action, the Public Ministry convened a dialogue table in which inhabitants of the region and the National Roads Institute (Invías) participated. The meeting took place in Puente Nacional, Santander, on section 45a 06, identified as one of the sectors most affected by road failures.

The Attorney General’s Office also pointed out the importance of prioritizing the corridor that connects with the municipalities of Güepsa, Barbosa and Santana, in Boyacá, especially in the sector between the route and the toll of Oiba. According to the entity, Invías must guarantee adequate mobility conditions for traffic to develop safely and without interruptions.
