Procreate II: when do registrations expire and what are the requirements

The program allows access to a credit of up to $5,000,000.

Some of the requirements are: having a valid DNI, being between 18 and 64 years old, having income from formal jobs, not having real estate registered in the name of the applicant, or having an unfavorable financial background.
