A few days ago, the Government opened a new bidding process to build 180 homes, within the framework of the Procreate IIthrough which hundreds of citizens have been able to fulfill their dream of having their own home.
For the construction of these homes, the administration of Alberto Fernández, through the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat led by Jorge Ferraresi, will allocate $2.64 billion to the program Procreate II.
The new housing solutions Procreate II They will be held in the province of Buenos Aires, in the Urban Development of Escobar – Leguizamo street, as notified by the ministry.
In this regard, Minister Ferraresi stated: “Behind each work that we promote from the State there are new jobs. These tenders materialize public housing policies that are conceived with a federal perspective and set in motion a virtuous circle in which the national construction industry is promoted”.
Those who access these homes will do so through the Own Home formula, “a new credit update modality that takes into account the lowest indicator between the average salary variation of the last year and the average inflation of the same period.”
All the conditions to participate in the contest can be consulted through the Government’s website. The deadline for submitting bids will be October 24 at 1:00 p.m. Offers submitted after the deadline will be rejected, as notified by the Government.
It should be remembered that the Procreate II “offers solutions that meet the diversity of housing demands, from a public policy of urban development and new public spaces and infrastructure that allow better connectivity.”
How to participate in Procreate II
Some of the requirements demanded by the Government to access one of the dwellings of the Program are: not having benefited from housing plans in the last ten yearsor real estate registered in his name.
It is also required to have a valid identity document, be Argentine or foreigner with permanent residence in the country, be between 18 and 64 years old, and demonstrate monthly income of the cohabiting family group that is between 1 and 10 Minimum Vital and Mobile Salary, among others. .
