The Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat opened new calls for bids to build 1,904 homes in the provinces of San Juan, La Pampa, Buenos Aires and Santa Fe, within the framework of the Procrear II program.

In Buenos Aires the call for tender is to build 128 homes in the Avellaneda Urban Development, for more than $1,460 million; 444 in San Miguel, for $5,101 million; and 306 in San Nicolás, for $2,865 million.
in the Pampas The call aims to build 270 homes in the Toay Urban Development, for $2,846 million, and 168 in Santa Rosa, for $1,955 million.
in Santa Fe The bidding process is for the construction of 588 homes in the Rosario-Tiro Federal Urban Development, for $4,919 million, and for infrastructure works in 198 homes on the Parque Federal property in the provincial capital, for $124 million.
Finally, In San Juan The call for bids is for the development of infrastructure works for 249 homes in the San Juan-La Ramada Urban Development, for $174 million.
