Ángel Paniagua, national deputy for the ANR (government party) informed Ñanduti AM that the new request for impeachment against Antonio Fretes, minister of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ), is warranted. The bench of “Republican Force” will accompany the proposal.
“In the first instance, it was archived because the necessary votes were not received. Now we are going to analyze again because there are new accusations that will be added to the accusatory libel. If it warrants, we will accompany without a doubt, ”she said.
He maintained that in the first accusatory libel he did not find substances that warrant impeachment since on that occasion facts were released about his son.
He said that they will study the accusatory libel that the legislators would present against Minister Antonio Fretes and pointed out that if it warrants his bench, he will support it.
