They call to work for the continuity of change in the country
Santo Domingo, RD.- The Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) swore in this Sunday its Provincial Committee of Santo Domingo, presenting the draft resolutions, vote and approval of the new members of the leadership, made up of Dr. Rafael A. Burgos Gómez; President, Robert Dario Polanco; general secretary, Alexis Jiménez; Vice President, among others.
During the activity, held at the central location of San Vicente de Paúl, the spirit of unity reigned, with which they committed to working so that Santo Domingo continues to be the bastion of votes that guarantees the organization more representatives in the leadership public and at the level of senatorial offices, deputies, mayors and aldermen.
In addition to ensuring four years of fighting corruption and social welfare for the population, as part of the government work carried out by President Luis Abinader; deepening the change for the good of the country, the party and the entire Dominican society.
The president of the province, Burgos Gómez, called to continue the task of extending support to the poor from the central government, to leverage the management of President Luis Abinader, which has allowed the Dominican Republic to get out of backwardness.
For his part, Robert Polanco, speaking the opening remarks, highlighted the courage of the men and women who began the construction of the province and who join a new page ahead of the 2024 electoral battle.
“Here are the men and women who are going to come out to defend the works and social actions of the administration headed by Abinader and for the continuity of the more serious, more decent government that is dedicated to the people,” Polanco pointed out.
Upon being sworn in by the Executive Vice President; Eddy Olivares and the Santo Domingo campaign manager; Alfredo Pacheco, the members of the provincial committee assumed the commitment to take the triumphal march of the PRM, for the strengthening of the organization under the key premises of unity and solidarity in favor of the people.
In this sense, Alexis Jiménez invited the more than 150 members of the provincial committee to continue working to continue the transformation of the country, from the party that has set the historical precedent of coming to power only six years after being constituted.
They also integrate the Provincial Committee of Santo Domingo, Ramón Medina; second vice president, Solido Encarnación; third vice president, Héctor Luis Bautista; first undersecretary, Gilberto Balbuena; second undersecretary and deputy Sandro Sánchez as third undersecretary.
With this act, which was attended by national leaders such as Máximo Pérez, Isidro Torres, Socrates Díaz Castillo, legislators, mayors and other members, the ruling party ends the conventional process of all its structures.
