More than 20 prisoners, pavilion five, of the Chiriquí Penitentiary Center received their certification for completing the programs contemplated in the Individual Treatment Plan that seeks to guarantee personal growth, the improvement of social and labor skills and abilities, and the overcoming of behavioral factors.

Pedro Flores, director in charge of the center, explained that prisoners from pavilion five participated, where they attended five daily two-hour sessions.
He added that prisoners from pavilion seven who attend the book club program in which they shared fables such as: The Blind Man and the Rabbit, The Japanese Bamboo, The Chained Elephant, among others, also participated.
