Officials of the Municipal Delegation of the Cicpc Calabozo (Guárico) made the arrest of Armando José García Hernández (19) after determining their responsibility in the murder of Carmen Valentín Páez Torrealba (66), the scientific police reported in their networks.
The investigations began with the discovery of the body of La Sexagenaria on July 27 in the El Arenal sector, Francisco de Miranda municipality (Calabozo), Guárico. The body had multiple wounds produced by white weapons and overwhelming objects, in addition, it was faceless, since it had been devoured by birds of prey (Zamuros).
The inquiries showed that Armando José, the only one arrested for that fact, along with Nestor José Tarazona Carrillo (19), still to apprehend, were the night before ingesting alcoholic beverages. In the middle of the drinks, Carmen Valentín (victim), informed them that he had high sums of money, so Armando and Nestor planned to strip it of it. Thus, they convince him to take him to his residence aboard his motorcycle; However, during the route, both submit it with a firearm and lead it to a wooded area, where they strip it of the money it had.
To defend itself, the sexagenaria drew a knife originating a quarrel between them, achieving the perpetrators to remove the white weapon and to kill a mortal wound in the chest, and then, with a rock, hit it on the face until the death caused.
In another procedure, agents of the Cicpc arrested Luis Enrique Rojas Carias (62) and Miguel Alejandro Quijada Avile (22), indicated of having been hired to kill the manicurist Leudys Alcántara Chiquito (45), which occurred on June 16 in the San José de Petare sector, Sucre Municipality (Miranda). It remains to capture 4 involved in that crime.
Two of those fugitives are out of Venezuela and maintained a discussion with the victim for an inherited property. The woman was summoned to a place for a text message from a stranger. Upon arriving at the site, she was surprised by the hitmen, who killed her with multiple shots.
