The commissions of the Municipal Delegation of La Guaira, of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations, made the arrest of Jhosel José Noriega Delgado of 41 years of age for stealing belongings of a merchant at the facilities of the Simón Bolívar International Airport of Maiquetía, in the state of La Guaira.
The information was offered by the director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, through his account on the social network Instagram, who explained that the man used the victim’s carelessness to take his bag and flee aboard his Corsa vehicle, AA337yt plate, with the purpose of profiting.
However, the rapid action of the Cicpc managed to locate the offender and carry out his arrest. With its capture, all the stolen objects and the cash owned by the victim, in addition, the vehicle used as a means of commission, were recovered.
The subject was at the order of the 12th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry.
