In that sense, the scientific police commissions arrested Alirio José Domínguez Cordero (23), nicknamed Gere, and Maike Ramón Noguera Ortíz (28), nicknamed El Smurf. Alirio was his ex-brother-in-law and had a debt with Jorge, according to investigations.
Through investigation work, it was determined that the victim was last seen on October 2 in the Simón Bolívar urbanization, María Baralt parish, Simón Bolívar municipality, Zulia state, says the Cicpc report.
The detectives delved into the investigations and located a 16-year-old boy, nicknamed Kiki, who led the authorities to the improvised grave because he had helped in the victim’s burial.
