It was after 7:15 p.m. when Luis Daniel Ramírez Rosales (49), Luis Adolfo Lara Mari (42) and Juan Alberto Ramos Rosales (46), were taken to the Huancavelica prison.
Prosecutor Rosa Lizet Retamozo Villavicencio managed to get Judge Analí Giovana Soto Donaires to declare the requirement of 9 months of preventive detention for the aforementioned defendants founded, who, according to the Police, are part of the gang “Los Farmacéuticos del Centro”.
CASE OF AGGRAVATED THEFT AND MAXIMUM MEASURE
The request that the prosecutor presented at the hearing of the request for preventive detention is based on the events that occurred on April 19, 2022, after 1:15 p.m., near Av. Celestino Manchego Muñoz (near EMAPA Huancavelica).
Ramírez enters the “San Miguel Arcángel” apothecary, supposedly, to buy a product. After paying only part of it, he leaves the pharmacy, and, behind him, the pharmacist leaves to receive what remains to be paid for the product.

While Ramírez was distracting the lady, Lara entered the pharmacy and subtracted 700 soles from the sale of the day and 12 thousand soles that were in the box for the payment of suppliers.
After grabbing the money, Lara leaves the pharmacy and runs towards a white car, which was driven by Ramos; on his part, and after having fulfilled his function, Ramírez decides to return the product to the pharmacist, and then go after Lara to the vehicle with which they fled.
The events were recorded by EMAPA surveillance cameras, and, after coordinated work, the Police managed to seize the vehicle in which the three defendants and Vélgica Natali Soto Huachos (32) were traveling, on the central highway of Acostambo.
While the subjects have preventive detention, the female will appear with restrictions.

After not achieving its objective, the technical defense of the accused will appeal the decision made by the magistrate.
