A federal court confirmed the order of formal imprisonment that a control judge issued to Luis Cárdenas Palomino, former director of the extinct Federal Police (PF), who is charged with the crime of torture against Mario Vallarta Cisneros and his nephew Sergio Cortez Vallarta , as well as the brothers Eduardo and Ricardo Estrada Granados, to force them to accept that they were part of the gang of kidnappers identified as The Zodiacs.
