The Vice Minister of Internal Trade of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs (MICM), Ramon Perez Ferminreported this Friday that the government had 243.6 million pesos to subsidize the prices of fuels.
Due to the decrease in global demand and the effects of the geopolitical conflictswhich have directly affected crude oil prices, the Government has decided to maintain the extraordinary subsidy to three fuelswhich are the following:
- regular diesel: 10.80 pesos per gallon
- Optimum diesel: 6.44 pesos per gallon
- Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG): 21.67 pesos per gallon
Price update
In that order, for the week of November 30 to December 6, 2024, the MICM has established the prices detailed below for the different hydrocarbons:
- Premium gasoline will be sold at 290.10 pesos per gallon, maintaining its price.
- Regular gasoline 272.50 pesos per gallon, maintains its price.
- regular diesel 221.60 pesos per gallon, maintains its price.
- Optimal diesel 239.10 pesos per gallon, maintains its price.
- Avtur 191.64 pesos per gallon, go up 3.05 pesos.
- Kerosene 221.50 pesos per gallon, go up 3.00 pesos.
- Fuel Oil #6 156.24 pesos per gallon go up 2.99 pesos.
- Fuel Oil 1%S 168.26 pesos per gallon low 0.58 pesos.
- Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) 132.60 pesos per gallon, maintains its price.
- Natural Gas: 43.97 pesos per cubic meter, maintains its price.
