In recent months, Netflix has made several announcements that have affected the permanence of its subscribers. The last of them was the elimination of shared house, with which users must pay more if the services are seen in more than one home.
Although this decision generated various criticisms of the company American now Netflix has announced a new change that will affect users in Argentina. This is an increase in the rates of their plans.
As indicated Netflix, From now on, more will be charged for each of the plans for taxes, such as VAT (21%), COUNTRY Tax (8%), Advance Earnings (45%).
The current values did not include the aforementioned taxes, which now must be assumed by customers, who will pay more starting next month.
The increase will be almost 30% as of December 1 and, as notified by the platform, the new rate chart will be applied initially for new subscribers and gradually for old ones.
“Prices apply to new members and will gradually come into effect for all current members,” they explained. So far, prices are $499 for the Basic Plan, $799 for the Standard Plan, and $1,119 for the Premium Plan.
This means that with the increase each plan will have the following values: the Basic Plan ($699), with taxes, will go to $1,324; Standard Plan ($1,299), with tax, at $2,461; the Premium Plan ($1899), with taxes, will be $3598.
What each plan includes
According to the plan chosen by each user in the platform, included in the Basic Plan: one compatible device at a time; Ad-free movies and TV shows and unlimited mobile games, all in HD; Also, one download on one compatible device at a time.
In the Standard Plan you have the same services, with the difference that it is compatible with two devices at the same time, in which you can download. Movies and series can be viewed in Full HD. While in the Premium it is seen in ULTRA HD, it can be downloaded and is compatible with four devices at the same time.
