Meanwhile, the Labor Party (PT) accumulated the highest proportion of comments on social media (60.95%) with indifference towards its legislators.
The profile of legislators
The Dinamic study also focused on analyzing the profile of those who make up the new Congress of the Union and concluded that eight out of 10 senators have previous legislative experience.
In the Senate, 66.40% studied a bachelor’s degree, 21.09% a master’s degree, 5.46% a doctorate and another 5.46% only completed high school.
In contrast, in the Chamber of Deputies 47% lack legislative experience, because, according to the analysis, their academic training is related to other sectors, such as veterinary medicine, hospitality, programming, nursing, styling or fashion design.
Of the 500 deputies, 59.4% studied a bachelor’s degree, 22% a master’s degree, 6.4% a high school degree, 4.2% a doctorate, 2.4% reached secondary school and 2% a technical level.
