Meanwhile, the Regional Director of Migration, Jorge Daga, affirmed that through a fiscal requirement the migratory alert against Perovic was activated due to a process against him on alleged illicit gains that has to do with the Prestín case.

“Yesterday (Tuesday) an immigration alert was activated, through a tax request from the lawyer Yolanda Ribero Lijerón against Sergio Adolfo Perovic on an alleged fact of legitimization of illicit profits and it is in that sense, according to our procedures that are established in the Directorate of Migration, a migration alert was issued at all checkpoints in order to assist in this investigation process,” Daga said.
