The presidents of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and France met this Monday, July 17, in Brussels with the Venezuelan vice president Delcy Rodríguez and former mayor Gerardo Blydehead of the opposition delegation in the negotiation in Mexico, to unlock the dialogues between both political sectors, paralyzed since November 2022.
