The Popular Renewal spokesperson, Jorge Montoyaannounced that the presentation of the presidential vacancy motion against Pedro Castillo would be presented this Friday, March 4, at the table of parts of the Congress of the Republic.
“They are moving forward at a good pace (…) we are already past 30 (signatures) if I’m not mistaken. I plan to present them on Friday”, Montoya Manrique said in dialogue with the press from outside Parliament.
The legislator also stated that the opposition benches will not present more than one vacancy motionsince it seeks to formulate only a multi-party appeal for the possible dismissal of Pedro Castillo.

“They are supporting Renovación Popular, Fuerza Popular and also Avanza País. There are not two motions. There is only one motion that we have prepared and it is a multi-party motion. because we have asked all the spokespersons for collaboration so that if they wish to register any argument, they can put it in,” he said.
Vacancy motion would have 18 points
Previously, Montoya indicated that they would be 18 points that would be considered in the vacancy motion against Castillo Terrones and added that Renovación Popular will support the motion of censure, promoted by Fuerza Popular, against the Health Minister, Hernan Condori.
“This vacancy motion scene has to come to an end. All the points are important, it is possible to think that there will be one more than another, but they all form a set of a profile that defines President Castillo”, he said at the time.

Questioning against former minister Juan Silva
