The President of the Republic, Mario Abdo Benítez, is in optimal health conditions and fulfilling the planned isolation of seven days. From tomorrow, Tuesday, he resumes his activities.
The head of state had suspended his activities last Sunday, after his wife, Silvana Abdo, tested positive for the coronavirus. Subsequently, the same test was carried out, which also yielded a positive result.
Abdo Benítez is complying with his seven-day isolation today as established by the protocol of the Ministry of Health, for which he plans to resume his agenda from tomorrow, Tuesday.
From the Presidency of the Republic they reported that the ruler is in optimal health conditions.
