President Jair Bolsonaro said that he was probably the only head of state who adopted a differentiated strategy to combat the pandemic, by questioning social isolation and its effects on the country’s economy.
The statement was made in Rio de Janeiro, when the president was at a lunch with participants of the Global Carbon Market Congress – Decarbonization & Green Investments.
“Perhaps the only head of state in the world who did not accept the ‘stay at home because the economy we’ll see later’ was me.
