The regulation creation process included a public consultation phase, where different means were enabled so that citizens could present observations, suggestions and comments, promoting transparency and citizen participation.
The enabled roads were: Institutional email, physical communication deposited with the General Secretariat of the TSE and a forum available on the web portal of this high cut.
Likewise, the Court held a day of socialization with state agencies and state security agencies, headed by the president magistrate, Ygnacio Pascual Camacho Hidalgo, with the aim of informing the relevant entities about the procedure, the established deadlines and the advertising measures applicable in the cases of requests for change of name.
During this meeting, representatives of multiple government institutions participated, including Civil Registry Directorate of the Central Electoral Board, Attorney General’s Office, General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII), Superintendency of Banks, General Directorate of Migration, National Department of Investigations (DNI), National Police, Ministry of Interior and Police, National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (INTRANT), General Directorate of Passports and General Directorate of Passports and General Directorate of Passport and General Directorate of Drug Control others.
