President of the CNTC announces lawsuit against Juan Araya for pointing out that the 2020 strike was requested by the Government

During this day, the president of the National Freight Transport Confederation of Chile (CTNC), Sergio Perezannounced that it will file a lawsuit for libel and slander against Juan Arayapresident of the National Confederation of Truck Owners (CNDC).

It should be remembered that Araya pointed out a month ago that the 2020 truckers’ strike was requested by the Government of Sebastián Piñera so that the legislation of the Juan Barros law was achieved. Although hours later he retracted what he said.
