The president of Ositran, Verónica Zambrano, reported through an interview on Channel N, that there will be an increase in the cost of national and international flights.
This measure will affect traffic passengers, who did not pay an additional rate for the use of airport facilities. This adjustment will be implemented when the new Jorge Chávez airport enters into operation.
Zambrano said that on February 28 of this year it was established as the day on which the end must be operational for the final tests.
It should be noted that the objective is to have a totally suitable space to perform pending evaluations before operation.
The President of Ositran said that the increase in the price of the ticket will include this additional rate for national and international flights, but specific amounts are not yet detailed.
