President of Mykonos assures that he did not see Dina and that she did enter "it must have been in the trunk"

Condominio Mikonos

The president of the board of owners of the Mikonos residential complex, Gabriel Herrera, gave his defense during the session of the Congressional Oversight Commission and assured that he did not see the president Dina Boluarte On February 24 or 25, they entered the condominium and that if this happened, it would have been well hidden.

“In the last few hours the president says she has entered Mykonos. Unfortunately, I must say that we do not have information in this regard that certifies this. If she entered, she must have entered hidden in the trunk of a vehicle or very camouflaged in the back, but she was not from the State,” Herrera said in Congress.

“Unless she had been very, very camouflaged, hidden, which can happen (…) it is very difficult for her to enter on the 24th and 25th (of February). We have 14 people on duty, we have 380 owners with their families, guests, tenants. Approximately at that time in February there are approximately 1,200 people per weekend in Mykonos (…), it is very difficult for someone not to have seen it,” he added.

Herrera assured that there is a security procedure in the condominium that requires any visitor, owner or guest, to identify themselves when entering the facilities with their ID in order to place a bracelet as appropriate. He also considers that, if Boluarte had been in the condominium, it would be an event that would not have gone unnoticed.

FRAUDULENT PLATES

In another part of his speech, Herrera assured that, between the date on which the operation was carried out to capture Vladimir Cerrón, one of the houses that refused to be inspected had several tenants who changed “every 3 days” and that there would also be received cars with fraudulent state plates.

He referred to this house as D22, in which there were several tenants who changed “every three days” and that, between January 16 and 18, that address received two vehicles with official State license plates that were “fraudulent.”

“In house D22 there were also tenants, but it was already crowded, every three days 8 people changed. That also made the Intelligence agent pretend or understand that, in that movement of people coming and going, so many people, if there were someone hiding there, they could be passing food, data,” he said.

“With all this, after we did our own investigation (…), we were able to see that two vehicles with an official license plate, a State license plate, entered that house, D22, between January 16 and 18, as it appears on our forms. but unfortunately, when we wanted to enter the Sunarp database, the plates did not exist, that is, they were state plates, but fraudulent,” he assured.

Herrera pointed out that Intelligence personnel continued to monitor the condominium after the operation on the 16th, but that they were withdrawn after the Executive replaced the head of the DINI.
