Last weekend, the candidate for the Senate by Honor Colorado, Ángel Ramón Barchini, visited Antonio Méndez, at his residence in the department of Cordillera, taking advantage of his stay in our country.
Barchini himself managed Méndez’s visit to the leader of the Honor Colorado movement, Horacio Cartes, in a meeting where the pre-candidate for the Presidency, Santiago Peña, was also present.
