President Maduro: we start this 2023 full of joy and optimism

Presidente Maduro: iniciamos este 2023 cargados de alegría y optimismo

«2023 has arrived! We start this year with joy and optimism, charged with the powerful energy of new beginnings,” the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro announced this Sunday, January 1, through a message posted on his social media.

The head of state expressed that “from each battle we have come out stronger and more united, wanting to fight and make our beautiful Venezuela shine.”

Recently, in his New Year’s Eve message, the national president indicated that among the achievements of 2022, the Venezuelan people celebrate the regularization of relations with the brotherly Colombian people, as well as with Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico and Honduras.

Likewise, he stated that through the exercise of direct, participatory and protagonist democracy, 70% of community leaderships were renewed “today more than ever the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is admired and recognized as an irreplaceable factor in the global energy equation and as a point of balance for regional and global peace.
