President Nicolás Maduro urged the Attorney General’s Office to act against hate messages from people threatening to burn, shoot and attack.
“They are horrible testimonies of fascism, but they will not reach Venezuela here (…) my absolute rejection of the fascist attack,” he emphasized in the middle of a live broadcast carried out on Thursday night through the TikTok social network account.
Maduro denounced the campaign of hatred and fascism that has emerged from those who promote intolerance, persecution and threats, highlighting the case of Ridery, who has become the target of attacks due to the service he provided, according to a note from Press Office of the Presidentl.
“There is divine justice. My solidarity with all the workers, operators, and associates of Ridery, continue your work, continue growing,” he stressed.
The Head of State also stressed the importance of continuing their work and growth, and urged them not to be intimidated by those who promote hatred and intolerance.
“I absolutely reject the intolerant and fascist attack. Let everyone draw their own conclusions. And that is what I have been denouncing. The hate campaign is filling a small group with hate so that they go out to burn the country, to kill,” he denounced, while emphasizing the need for justice to act in the face of such threats.
