In relation to this, during the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Commander Hugo Chávez’s Coup de Timón, President Maduro urged Venezuelans, who are part of the country’s Communal Power, to promote the Plan for the New Transition Era to Socialism 3R.NETS, towards the year 2030 with the communes.
“We are heading towards a new era, prepare all the community councils in the country, the more than 49,000 community councils, and the 3,600 communes,” said the national president from Lara.
The 3R.NETS are part of the government’s policies for popular resistance, with the strengthening of political, social and cultural awareness.
