With the International Boxing Federation (IBF) Youth Super Featherweight World Champion belt in his record, Venezuelan boxer Ender “El Tigre” Luces holds a meeting this Wednesday with the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, at the Palacio de Miraflores.
