“I am very happy with the delivery of land titles and the regularization of the lands to invest more and more in the urbanization of all the communities, the neighborhood, development in all economic projects, deep development of the militia in the weapons system,” the President of the Republic transmitted this Friday, Nicolás Maduro Moros, to the inhabitants of the Nuevo Horizonte urbanizationin the Sucre parish of Caracas, as part of the development of the Caribbean Caracas-Guaira towns.
“Caracas-La Guaira Corridor, impregnable territory of perpetual peace, as El Libertador Simón Bolívar said,” added the head of state during a telephone contact with the Head of Government of Caracas (GDC), Nahum Fernandez, who led the activity carried out with hundreds of families from the popular Caracas sector.
The national leader, in his telephone message, offered all his support for the comprehensive development of this great project that brings together 18 Communes. “Let’s move forward, let nothing and no one stop Venezuela. Merry Christmas and advance in the territory and towards new victories. Long live Nueva Horizonte!”, concluded Maduro.
354 land titles
In the sector, Fernández explained that 354 land titles were granted to the inhabitants as an achievement of joint work with the sector vice president of Public Works, Jorge Marqueztogether with the Ministers of Housing, Raúl Paredes; of transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán; of Public Works, Juan Ramírez Luces, and the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Melendez, among other authorities committed to collective well-being.
Environmental sanitation work was also carried out, recovery of a sports field, rehabilitation of homes in the point and circle, creation of muralism and the consolidation of public services, to promote a better quality of life.
“This delivery is part of the Pueblos Caribes Communal Corridor and represents a historic claim, advancing the ideals of Commander Chávez,” said Fernández.
On his social networks, he posted testimonial videos and images of the activities shared with the Venezuelan people of that part of Caracas.
