The President of the Republic, Nicolas Madurocongratulated this Saturday the elected president of Mozambique, Daniel Chapo, for the victory obtained in the elections held in that country at the beginning of October.
“I congratulate the elected president of the Republic of Mozambique, Daniel Chapo, of the Mozambique Liberation Front (Frelimo), for the resounding victory in the elections last October 9,” he expressed through your social media accounts.
Furthermore, he asserted that Venezuela has the firm determination to deepen relations and agreements between both nations.
“The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has the firm determination to deepen and consolidate our bilateral relations and agreements in agriculture, mining, housing, culture, education and hydrocarbons, among others. “We are going to strengthen the spirit of mother Africa!” he said.
Daniel Chapo was declared the winner of the general elections held in the country by obtaining 70.68% of the votes cast, according to the National Electoral Commission of Mozambique, RT reviewed.
