President Iván Duque rejects Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

Duque Government estimates compliance with 80% of commitments with the OECD

Several powerful explosions were heard this Thursday by AFP journalists in the center of Kiev and other Ukrainian cities shortly after the Russian president’s announcement Vladimir Putin of a military operation against Ukraine.

The most recent reports indicate that 18 people died in shelling near the Ukrainian city of Odessa. In addition, fighting has also been recorded in Kiev and Kramatorsk.

On Friday morning there will be a meeting with NATO leaders to make decisions about what is happening.
