“We will have the best National Development Plan,” said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, in the context of the first discussion on the Organic Law of the 7T Development Plan, in the National Assembly (AN).
The president said in Maduro+ edition 71 on Monday that, for the country “it is vital that this Law of the Development Plan is well discussed and perfected”, for the stability of the next 5 years, he said.
Maduro recalled that he is in full debate, “as an opportunity to participate, decide and be part of the historical transformation processes of the country.”
He urged the people of Venezuela to constant participation, “because this is a relevant point to create decision and opinion opportunities regarding the historical processes of Venezuela, from each trench,” he said.
He also stressed the relevance of the popular organization of the Bolivarian people, because Venezuela is an example for the world, of a new democracy that will generate fruits for the strength of sovereignty and participation in the country.
Second National Consultation and Constitution reform
President Maduro recalled that the second national popular consultation has already been on its way, which will take place in the second quarter of the year and the reform of the Constitution is also in full debate, he mentioned, while calling his followers to ” Discuss each of the transformations that are raised simultaneously for the country. ”
Finally, he stressed that this plan is well studied and selected and, once I arrived at the Plenary of the AN, the best development plan based on a “collective work” will be approved.
