In the closing of the seminar Bicentennial of Boliviain Caracas, said the president that Bolivarianism must resume his concept to preserve the peace and life of the peoples.

Maduro closed the seminar that brought together more than 30 national and international speakers Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Cuba and Bolivia, who shared their reflections on the foundation of the Bolivian country as part of the Bolivarian Integration Project led by Bolívar and Sucre.
Celebrating Bolivia is “defending ourselves”
